the illusion of imagination
    #8246180 -

pretty simple i dont believe the things truly exists. the brain is an information computer to some degree and the so called imagination is just coupling of ideas in ways that appear novel.

can you tell me of anything straight imaginary thats not based off of anything real.

dreams for example are distorted reality and nothing more...
if one were to look at them with a clear eye they are merely visions of the future or memories of the past.

All also go to say the same thing about tripping and animal spirit guides they come from hard wired representations of animals or from someone sending that vision. i know for sure when i or anyone i know sees an animal spirit, all one has to do is look up the meaning and for some damn reason it all fits into places. now one can say well i saw a Purple Kookaburra well shit look up the meaning of purple and Kookaburras.

The kookaburra has many personalities to fit a variety of situations and is known as the master of illusion. Acquiring master ship is hard work. Because of this the kookaburra demands respect and it usually gets it! Individuals with this totem often achieve prominent roles in society that demand respect and recognition. They make excellent leaders and diplomats.

Kookaburras form community groups which together share and defend their home territory. These groups have a dominant mating pair and other lesser members. A secure home life is important to those with this medicine.

Laughing Kookaburras do not build nests, instead they use existing cavities in trees. Although they can be aggressive when defending their territory of hunting for food they hold an air of indifference when it comes to other activities. When the kookaburra laughs its way into your life ask yourself these questions. Is your fear limiting your accomplishments? Are you focused in your pursuits? Are you determined to change unhealthy habits? If your answer is yes call upon the kookaburra to help you.

i pulled kookaburra out of random cause it was a big name instantly my brain thought king fisher, i have no clue what a king fisher is let alone what a kookaburra is or looks like and king fisher popped in my head cause a pink floyd song where they say something a bout a king fisher any who.

we have the power of the internet if we need to clarify something in vision we dont even have to use the telepathic network we have one here too.

wow and that was my spirit animal for today i didnt have to take a psychedelic drug then randomly see it having never seen it before wow. how is that possible..

can you explain how people see very real animals that they have never seen before or other things of that nature. i dont by that its just imagination cause imagination comes from the personal memory pool. im still sticking with telepathic network and hardwired pool of instinctual memory.

i think people dont give enough credit to their spirit and the great spirits that be. imagination is fickle

The beginning of the story reminded me of the quest towards success. If the answer to those questions are yes then improvement is inevitable. funny metaphor. im high so this might be nonsensical.

Anyways. I think what you are referring to is archetypal imagery. For example all cultures on earth associate darkness and black with fear, evil. Tim Leary actually thought the mind worked like this. I recall reading of an experiment where high doses of cid produced hallucinations of an actual dinosaur mating ritual.

I think your absolutely right about no imagination. I mean our mind works like a computer. The difference between our brain and a supercomputer; it works fast but has few processors, we have many processors all running at once. So many that we can't possibly quantify anything. I think its possible but two problems exist. Our understanding of math might not be good enough and there are no solid detection techniques. Knowing to the fullest extent the brain as an organic computer will be the next great achievement in human understanding.

science is spirituality people
there is already so much we can do

well i think the issue with math is that math, we all do it very rapidly and asking us to write down on paper is say stop do it really really really slow. Tho i think people that are really good at sex are the best with math. personally when little i got the presidential academics award for math i would look at problems then write the answer with out thinking or doing the work.

that all changed when i was force to take algbra from 3 differnt teachers that kind did it far difernt then me and force me to do it their way.

i self taught myself algbra, geometry and other math cause as i said most the time i didnt have to do the work.

i think this is how everyones mind works and we are getting way to caught up in the details of the math and no the details of the expression

archetypal imagry all has to do with the third eye and telempathy btw.

any who there was the basic systems in life and thru over population and the creation of the top 1% of rich people that hoard we raped the world of those basic systems. People no longer use their skills.

it was sweet to see this girl i know whos not really talented at guitar playing my thoughts while looking off in the distance, but she was in a pissy mood.

from out of chaos comes order, and order chaos

we are vessels for the gods to tooywif for their amusement, we just articulate ideas already present in the aether, its how clearly we can manifest these ideas into our times, collaborate, articulate, disassemble, alter, combine, define

What do you mean by imagination, exactly? I figured you were talking about creativity. Imagination is the ability to form mental images not previously experienced (like visualizing a scene in a book). Also, I wasn't talking about grunting and chirping, I was talking about complex language that only humans have been able to develop thus far.

visualizing a scene from a book how do you piece to gether what that little red robin being described looks like you have to already know what Red is and a bird. you mind will take knowledge of red birds or even if you didnt ever see a red bird but were told its red and seen the color red you mind would either mix birds to make a new one or use a bird you already know of and make it red.

humans only have te language we do cause our vocal cords and way of life. Look at for example the wild children they excell at language to each other better then us. Specailly in the case of genie

Of course not. Words can only be used to properly detail and describe things which most of us experience in our lives and are linked to the physical world.
There are no words for something that nobody has ever seen. But that does not mean it doesn't exist.

If I go on a deep solo trip and journey into the depths of my mind, I can see and behold countless things that could never be transmitted to another person via normal speech. This does not mean that I didn't experience it though. But because we can't go into the same depths of the trip with anyone but ourselves, it is nearly impossible to talk about these things and bring them to a consensus.

Your imagination is like a vast ocean with the depth of the entire universe. If you stay near the surface then all you are likely to encounter are the things everybody accepts to exist...the things that move just below the surface. But you can go as deep as you like, and the deeper you go the greater the chance that you will encounter something truly bizarre. Something that you could not even imagine

IMO Reality does not inspire imagination. Imagination creates reality.
We are reality creating machines. It is happening right now.

And imagination comes from where? :strokebeard: Can imagination exist independent from reality?
I think it's dumb to make such exclusive statements.

Okay. Point noted.

But I am not sure reality actually exists independent of one imagining...or "observing" except through a perception filter.

You statement can be translated into something like: reality can't exist without us. Which would mean that we are reality itself, in its wholeness, and this is not true.
What IS true is that we are a part, a component of reality, but this doesn't mean that it will stop existing if we do.
