relic, That's pretty amazing!  Mind over matter is a real thing, for sure. 

Thayendanegea, Sounds like you went pretty far out there!  Glad it was just intense and not in a bad way.  You at least knew what was coming and made the adjustments needed.  It can get a lil crazy when you push the limit of these things and sometimes the best thing to do is lay down and enjoy the ride.  Definitely been there before.  Once finished a night with a 6g tea and kinda blacked out.  I say finished because the total of the night was .5 sass, 2 tabs and 5g of ovoids.  The tea was supposed to be split with my partner, but he decided to go to sleep and I felt like it would be a waste to not consume.  Should've just put in the fridge though.  I think people that race cars can probably relate in that once you've gone 200 mph, 100 mph probably doesn't feel as fast at all to them.  Still, glad you had a good experience and made it back ok.  :smile:

wow, glad you set yourself up to come back whole from that.  it sounds like i was just on this side of your experience when i lemon tekked 3.8g of ovoids while alone in the middle of the woods one night; that was after a 10 hour hike to get smack dab into the exact middle of nowhere (and after an approximate 20 hour fast...besides the extraction i only consumed some water and some salt for just shy of a day).  i could just barely function whereas you went just the other side of that...but the visions and fractals, etc were just as you described for several hours and the come up was just as fast as you describe.  within 12 minutes i could no longer use my gps and was almost unable to function at all; crazy just how fast that happens on an empty stomach with a lemon tek extraction, huh?  ETA: that experience was not the same one as the one this past weekend, obviously...two different occasions.

it was truly an amazing moment when i stood up and realized that 99% of my nerve pain was gone!  i sort of did a little jig as best i could, which isn't saying much since my right leg is now less than 50% of what it used to be.  still, a moment and a feeling that i won't soon forget. 

i want to recreate the experience using a much smaller dose and see if it has the same effect.  i was a bit nervous about the nerve pain thing before and just after dosing, thinking it could possibly magnify the pain, but it did the exact opposite...so i went in with a negative impression and came out with the opposite and feeling extremely happy about that.

echoing your thoughts about both Thayendanegea and the race car driver analogy...so true and 100% agreed in every aspect.

Dam....that is a night! Thanks everyone for the kind words. Lol...I don't anticipate going that deep again. The bright side was that my gf came home as I was peaking and that was when the whole trip flipped to bliss...was awesome experience. I still think everyone in Congress should be required to take an ovoid trip before taking office....especially since they grow so close to their workplace.:mushroom2:

After last weeks rains in pgh area half of my natural spots were covered in sediment and stone :frown: Mulch beds are sure shot though. Im guessing September- December.

Well I think I am going to go take a look tomorrow I had to flush over 40 grams my whole stash cause like a dumb ass I didn't dry them well enough and some had mold on them so I took out the moldy ones an a few days later I ate like 3 grams an had a great trip but then after like 3-4 hours I got so fucking violently I'll it was super bad so I just flushed them this is my first year hunting so I guess it's a lesson learned but I pulled off my first grow too an cubes to me just are not like ovoids I have some prints so I am going to try to do an outdoor grow

^ A guy in our neck of the woods has found them in late October before. I've personally never seen one "out of season", but then I don't look, just doesn't seem worth it to me if it's just a few individuals scattered.

You never know till you look though.

I just put down a cover layer of mulch and chopped straw on my outdoor cultivated beds so we'll see if they're prone to fall fruiting or not.

Just like some spring east coast ovoids start and finish fruiting later than others (in the same habitat), I think we'll find that some will be more prone to fall fruiting than others.  Just a pure speculative guess, I guess.

oh and I found that two out of three bags of mulch I bought were contamed with a coprinoid of some sort.  :angrytortilla: 

I cut a bag open to grab a couple handfuls to split/expand a small bucket of spawn I had, left the bag open for about a week, then went to spread the bags and found deliquescing coprinoids fruiting from the open bag.  Another bag had a lot of obvious myc of some sort in it that looks exactly the same as the coprinoids so I figure it's probably the same fungus (not a good assumption, I know).
