Nice! Ive checked my spots a few days ago and it was dry dry dry. Might do one more check after this weekends rain and then call it on the winter shrooms. Seen a few grass ones popping up though.

Fuck yeah StartingOver nice!!!

I count 10 specimens in that harvest, so technically not a WAH...

A true WAH only contains 9 specimens or less...

My mean as subsecotioides patch died months ago, you should be proud yours are still holding up!

Yeah it's definitely pretty cool that this spot is still putting out even if it's not much. My first find this season was here as well, and this is my first year finding seco's so I'm pretty stoked. I left a few behind so I'm hopeful I can add a November WAH to the mix.

Nice!
My local secos seem to have stopped. It's interesting watching to see what these late secos do. I hope yours go till the end of december!

This is Panaeolous right. Would you call it cinctulus or olivaceus?

seeing as we are posting up grass shrooms I'll leave a few that i found. To be honest I am not 100% on the ID but I have had a few people say they thought these were active, probably olivaceus or cincts (few people thought they were paps too but I'm ignoring them).

didn't print this as it turned to mush in my pocket but pretty sure its spores are black. the rest are all from the same spot at different times.

these look like they are growing from wood chip but are actually coming from the soil in a new carpark garden. Nice November finds people!

I love seeing November actives even if just Panaeolus, Gymnopilus and weraroa keep this thread going til the last day of 2021 if you guys can do it... Year round psilocybin happs...

Nice active Panaeolus collection there sam good shit!
Well they def ain't papuana LOL so whoever suggested that ID is indeed retarded.

The bro Mycoangulo is the Panaeouls expert so I would ask him about any Panaeolus collection and see what he reckons...
I suppose your collections are indeed either cinctulus or olivaceus there sam...
I was told olivaceus has a smaller cap and more skinny stipe while cinctulus has a larger cap and thicker stipe.
There are a few ways to tell them apart based on slight macroscopic colour and thickness differences.
I was told olivaceus are a slightly more blue shade while cinctulus are a slightly more red shade.
Another note is that cinctulus is almost always banded (even if just faint) while olivaceusis are not always banded.
I'm still learning about Panaeolus tho. I have yet to find any of my own active pans...

Are these the same Gymnopilus species?
The one on the smaller chip of wood looks kinda like the luteofolius you see in America, while the other one with a thick purple stipe and clear bruising at the base is clearly purpuratus...

Hi Rodger, or would you rather be know as foo foo now? Yeah some people thought they paneolus papilionaceus, not papuana, that'd be cool though. Unfortunately it seems there isn't as much local knowledge with active pans as the usual woodlovers and also these ones were mostly a bit dried out so harder to spot features. The only really good condition one was quite immature. I thought I was going to get some late October secos but things dried right up. Can't believe this guy in herekino is still finding subs in November. Picked a few angulospora yesterday in the red shed.... no photos, I'd be pick shamed for taking babies

Meh. I found subs in December in the woodchip garden along a path at a certain park in Sandringham, Central Auckland back in 2016... https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/23914607#23914607
