Hey greater SF Bay Area folks...getting excited about the season ahead, but Im not seeing an official Bay Area thread this season.  Who typically kicks that off?

I had to fire up a new profile this year as I just cannot for the life of me figure out how to get into my old account.  But, every year for the past 20 years that I've been on this forum, there has always been an Official Bay Area Actives Thread, which doesnt seem to exist this year.  California is too big and too diverse to have just one for the whole state.

I'm heading out hunting today and tomorrow and will hopefully have something to report.  If so, I'll kick off an official thread, unless someone else wants to take the reigns!

Have you looked at the CA thread?

It seems to work just fine. Folks from more regions are sharing. But I wouldn' t say too many. We're already posting there and I think I'll keep posting my finds there for continuity and because it's a good thread.

Keep looking they are out there. We went back to three known patches this morning, two were completely barren - so disappointing as there weren't even any indicators. But the third one, which wasn't that great before, was absolute madness. Took home nearly 2 pounds wet, left at least as many behind because greedy people suck and we can only dry so many at one time anyway. I'll post pics in the CA thread soon.
