Welcome to the Shroomery vegamirmushie.

Usually the drying process takes care of them (they likely jump off / fall of when drying the mushrooms).  Should you eat them fresh and you accidentally eat a bug on it you'll be fine.  Eating the wrong type of mushroom is far more worse then eating any bugs hanging out on a magic mushroom .  If you plan to dry them first before consuming, placing your mushrooms under running water and gently cleaning the mushroom will help to clean off most bugs/dirt.  Just start the drying process after giving your mushrooms a good clean.

To upload a picture follow these steps;

1 Go to the top of the screen and click on Pics (it's just under where it says Welcome Backhand Panther and right beside Account).

2 Once you click on Pics, a new tab should open or you'll be taken to a new page.  Below where you selected Pics you'll see

Upload · Text Links · Help · My Gallery · Download Backup

select Upload.

3. In the next screen you can select the picture(s) from off your computer. You can upload 1 or more picture at a time but there is a limit to be aware of.

Select 'Choose Files' beside where it says Image 1.

4. Once you select a picture, click on upload and then once it's uploaded, you'll see another screen with your picture in a small box.  Right under your picture is a link, click the link to have it copied to your clipboard and then paste that link into your post in the Tassie Actives thread.

and that's about it .

Hey all, got out for my first proper hunt today, just outside a built up area in some nice wet/boarding dry sclerophyll with a nice green in the middle, north tas. No luck but so many look alikes with lots of habitat, being in a valley maybe only 60-90 meters absl could I just be unlucky in terms of other hunters clearing patches or am I a tad too early? Saw some posts from the north that got me keen but figured they might be west of some of the mountains thus colder and wetter earlier? Happy hunting everyone, hope its an awesome season.

WeBeTrippy, first up I'm a long time lurker,you and obtuse have helped me so much over the years so massive cheers, nice to of finally made an account and posted. I went to spots ive had some luck with over the years and saw lots of dug out patches so I thought maybe wild life, but for the size of ground I covered it was pretty uncanny to not come across any actives yet so many look alikes. Just seeing what others up North's experiences were so far. As you suggested I'm hitting up back roads tomorrow very keen.
