Have recently discovered the legendary Heyowana
Reason I ask, is because there's a mushroom that grows in one of my spots that has always confused me. At first I used to find small ones and considered them an inactive. Then I noticed smaller ones growing amongst what I'd always thought were waterlogged subs. I then had a better look at the smaller ones and noticed they are definitely immature of these 'waterlogged subs' however they look nothing like a regular immature sub.
After finding heyowanas stuff and info on alutacea, tasmaniana and papuana, I believe its one of the first two.
I found one of these guys yesterday but my crappy phone couldn't get a camera.
I'm leaning towards them being tasmaniana, as they seem to fit that description a little better, but I'm not sure so I'll be definitely sorting out an ID thread in coming weeks.

P. alutacea is not a woodlover though but grows from poop. Could it be a different sub phenotype?
