So the ratings for the Republican convention suck, and Fox news said Trump's speech at the convention was long and boring. He's on a real roll this year.

They are sort of in pivot. Trump is mad at them, and Fox seems to be realizing that they can't be his lackey full time anymore. Though, Fox certainly remains nearly a piece of state owned media in many respects, at least in that they still favor Trump more than any other widely watched network. That said, the truly state owned media operates with much less bias. So I'm not sure what that says about the news media at large in this country.

Intersting that they are hedging.

If they go against him it's the sign that he's been dropped.

Need not look elsewhere after that point imo.

I am in a minority on the shroomery, as I frequently defend the opposing side when they have a point about something or when my side make believes something about them.  I also attack my side if I think they're wrong.  People here get very confused by that and think it means I prefer the other side.

qman's link was a composite of quite a few different polls by RealClear showing Biden still has a good lead. Yours is based on one by Rasmussen, who are noted to slant a bit to the right. There was one great line in the Rasmussenreport. Voters consider themselves far more ethical than either candidate.

It's hilarious how creative many people are when it comes to expressing their pitiful immature hatred. Donald Trump's wife, his hair, his skin tone, his weight, his enunciation, and so on have been subjects for years. Some people must lead lonely empty lives - that they need to lash out with hatred. These type of hateful comments are as stupid as "Your momma's so fat..." jokes. Yet people spread the hate proudly. And then pretend to believe "black lives matter". Yeah - right. What a joke.
