In the realness of it all, I am finished with all drugs and have made that decision a while ago.

As I have said to you many times it is INTENT that makes all the difference. My intent to drink a glass of orange juice is to nourish my body not get a buzz. God always know the INTENT of a mans heart.

Also Swami it is not Drugs that stop a man from getting to God. It is intent and his honestly that matters to God. I have gotten high thru all my Christan life and God has let me know that it will hold me back from the true nature of my life that should live through God's plan.

Let me say this...... My drug use has brought me here and God's wisdom and knowledge is shared through me to many here. So in that respect Drugs as in fact been a " Good Thing " for the use of God.

Do you understand the INTENT of a mans heart is what matters to God that matters ? A man's action may be in the eyes of men hypocritical but in the eyes of god the same action may be very good. Intent is the thing that matters.

"Besides God is in fact very real. "

I agree absolutely

"But as I have already said many times. A person must open the door. God is on the other side."

no doubt

" It is faith that the key will be found. Once the key is found then the door is opened. Once the door is opened then God is reveled. "

thats exactly true

"Once God is reveled then you are given the Holy Spirit. And it is the Holy Spirit that revels the great wisdom of God. "

absolutely none of that contradicts or conflicts with my assertion that god and his wisdom and his power and his nature and his purity are all within you.

Your humor is a slick as the rest of you

But I am sorry as my wife is still very much intending on continuing the path of the drug user and she has laid claim to my stash :smirk:

God talks to thousands of people silly. If not millions.

what you are doing wrong is not really the right question. The right question may be........ God I am trying to find you can you guide me to you ? Can you give me the wisdow to find you ? God will you help me to have the Faith to step out nad believe that I may hear you ? Lord I need to understand and become sensitive to your voice ? Anyone of these questions would be a place to start

It sometimes takes very little for a person to hear God. Sometimes it takes a lot. But one thing it does take for sure is a very deep honest approach to God and a real earnest wantimg to be next to God. But one thing I can tell you will hold God back for sure from having a realationship with him so you can hear.

is..........

You must not Mock God. that is a sure sign of self, ego, and a complete lack of respect for God.

God requires Love and a deep respect for him. You must truly want to seek him.

That may be your mistake

God knows the intent of your heart.

I would never mock God.

Still I have never heard of anyone except you hearing an actual voice from Him with the exception of Moses and Jesus.

Why do you think He chose you to honor out of billions of people?

I did not say that

You did.

I have know a few people that have heard God's voice. I do not know why. But I have and have come to grips with it long ago. As I have said I do not feel I am special. But I have done a few very special things for God.  I have been a leader of a church for many years and have left at the command of God. I was told that was nuts by the members of the church for leaving. They were very greedy and corrupt :frown: But I mostly do as God asks and when I always do as God asks then maybe you will know the answer to your question. It is the fact that I have not been true to God's requests that I can not answer your question.

Why have you never known anyone that hears God's voice ? I do not know that answer any better than I know the answer to your question.

Forgive me if I assumed you were mocking the things of God. I may have made a mistake.

Well you must understand that he is assuming that I identify God's voice as " Johnny Knocksville " screaming in my head. LOL you know what I mean.

It is hard to explain. I heard a voice it may have been something like mine own inner thoughts. But I knew that it was GOD. It most definitely wasn't me.

The hard part wasn't to convince myself that is was infact God. It was the instant knowledge that it in fact was God. The times that I had second guessed any "VOICE" in my head was just me or the devil

But when I heard God................There was no doubt.

I guess that is the best way to desribe his voice. He just has a way to let you know that it is him.

Does God sound like Yule Brenner ? NO

No, it is not a mistake on my part. I said I was unaware of anyone except Moses and Jesus hearing the actual voice of God and that is true.

Moses and Jesus accomplished great things that made history.
The Ten Commandments and a new faith that has shaped mankind.

What history do you think you will make?

Would you like the names of a few people in the bible that have heard the voice of God ? Saul, David, Abraham, Issac, Joseph, Jacob, Noah, King Solomon etc....... to name a few.

What history do I think I will make ? I have no idea and have no need to change the world. Only to do what is asked of me.

I am in no way going to place myself in the same ball park as Moses or Jesus. That would be a huge mistake.

As I have said I know that God has used me for some great things. These are already evident in my life as I have accomplished some pretty big stuff, that is God has through me. I also know that God has much greater things for me to do in his name and for his needs, What they are I do not know or care to ask him. I just do them as they are made known to me. The thing is, I have been in the way and it is time for me to get out of God's way and get on with it.

The problem has been this....... I really do not want the responsibility that comes with the works of God, as they are heavy. You want to know the truth, I am kinda scared that in the middle of it I will fail and make God look bad. But I must allow God to remove this fear and continue his work.

God does not give tasks that a child of God can not handle and that is the truth.

That that guy had me get into the front leaning rest position and kept me there for an hour. ( front leaning rest is the first posistion of a pushup just to stop any sick jokes from starting)

So I just said "Hey Father G ........... SUCK MY COCK ! " and left the school. I thought he was going to have a heart attack.

His last name was very long name that started with a G so we called him Father G
