I think it's an effect of the "stronger together" theme that the left uses to corral different groups of people. To get them to lay down personal opinion and conform to the group. All one, parrot each other. It's an echo chamber. Then they ridicule the shit out of anyone with a different opinion, reinforcing the threat of being ostracized if you dare not parrot.

Making a nonsensical if-then statement like that served no purpose other than to paint a mental image of people assaulting someone making nazi gestures. That's exactly what I mean by illustrating dissenters as equally offensive (as a nazi in this case), and ostracizing them with threats of violence for having an opinion outside of the group. Is that why the right call them sheep? It's starting to make sense.

I thought about rewording that since you'd surely find any excuse to ignore my points. Classic technique too of pulling words out of context. For the record, I consider context before assuming what a gesture means. After consideration, my opinion is that it wasn't a sig heil. Just because a person is middle-eastern, does that make them a terrorist? No, but it's a similarly odd stereotype that people are applying to a gesture.

~ It represented a bad thing once! It shall be banned forever and no matter the context, we will assume the worst. No mind could conceive nor body could express such a gesture independently, for thou hath been taught thy gesture is the greatest evil. Amen ~
