I'm sorry but I still can't get over the "Jesus was, in fact, a half-alien vegetarian who believes in reincarnation" thing. That's one of the few posts that actually made me laugh out loud.

so your emotions being heightened due to my post, thanks

but back on the subject...

read the books as I mentioned, use your intuition.

I have several sources as to my claims, and also they resonate with me. Logic and fact can't always found, especially with our limited minds.

Could you please just quote one source then? Please? A direct quote that supports your argument, that's all I'm asking for.

Intuition proves nothing, except to the individual using it. Your intuition tells you something completely different from what my intuition tells me.

Look, I just find it funny that people feel free to call others close minded and brainwashed when they bring up topics such as this, but then when they are asked to support their claims they don't respond.

My point exactly. A reasonable person would not speak extrodinary claims, such as this, and be unprepared to provide any evidence besides "dead sea scrolls = Jesus Christ is an alien" . When asked for real proof, here come accusations of closed-mindedness. As if the mere act of not blindly accepting what is being offered, is evidence of closed-mindedness. This is a psychological ploy, and a tired one at that. This thread is not about closed-mindedness, so why not just post some solid evidence substantiating these claims, or admit that they are just theories. Thanks.

" The wise man is concerned for his beast. Isaiah: He that slayeth an ox is as he that slayeth a man. Daniel l: Daniel was put in prison by Nebuchadnezzar. He ate only pulses (beans) for 10 days while others ate flesh. Nebuchadnezzar noticed that he fared better than the others."

Gospel of Peace - "'Thou shalt not kill,' for life is given to all by God, and that which God has given, let not man take away. For-I tell you truly, from one Mother proceeds all that lives upon the earth. Therefore, he who kills, kills his brother. And from him will the Earthly Mother turn away, and will pluck from him her quickening breasts. And he will be shunned by her angels, and Satan will have his dwelling in his body. And the flesh of slain beasts in his body will become his own tomb. For I tell you truly, he who kills, kills himself, and whoso eats the flesh of slain beasts, eats of the body of death."

Ok...so what is there in either of those passages indicating that Jesus is half-alien?

1 Timothy 4
1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:
5 For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.

This sort of proves my point. Who's to say which is more "correct"? You can't. For every religious text out there saying one thing, there are five more discrediting it.

The most you can hope for is to find the one which connects the deepest to you and follow that path. For it is there you will find happiness...

Ok, I'm out of biblical mode now by the way.

I also highly doubt that any noticable difference in health could be percieved one way or another through only 10 days of a vegetarian diet.

Lol, let's not get too literal with religious texts. Most of the stuff in the Bible can hardly be considered realistic.

Yeah, just an observation. I'm not even certain those quotes of his were from the bible. If so, probably not the one I read, because I don't recall seeing them right off hand.

Re: The true followers of Jesus Christ were not Christian. [Re: MycoCat]

Let me further my logic to you people, as I have now come back after much preparation to present an argument.

In all honesty, I posted this not to debate about it, as logical and intellectual debate often travels circular - with no conclusion made.

In all honesty, I never claimed that you all would accept these as truths, I merely claimed these are truths that I have come to realize.

I never said you have to trust me, or take my word for it - not once.

With that in mind, I provide some information for your logical, left-brain thinking.

Here are the valid sources of knowledge that you can further investigate in order to find the "proof" you need.

1. If you can manage to research and find ANY version of Dead Sea Scrolls online. (Google search for dead sea scroll).

2. Read on Edgar Cayce's readings...who was HIGHLY religious, and one of the best prophets of the 20th century. He went strictly by the bible, until his trance-reading broke his beliefs down. He even often rejected his own trance-readings regarding Jesus and the Essenes, becase it contradicted the bible.

3. The lady Katherine Harris, who is hypnotized into a trance-like state, recalling and reliving the past live of a man who lived in Qumram (where Jesus was born). A pre-Jesus Essene, who lived during his time. She had previousy no knowledge of any Countries outside of America - yet in her trance-like states, she describes them perfect. You can read about her though the book Jesus and the Essenes by Dolores Cannon

4. www.essene.com . Which is a modern day ressurection of the Essene church. It combines all of the proof you need into one website, and has many sources.

5. The writings from past literature, mainly the writings of: Philo( a Jewish-Alexandrian philosopher), Pliny ( a Roman writer), Josephus (a Jewish warrior and Historian), and a few others.

6. Also, there are many books on the subject of the bible being re-written, and tampered with to great degrees. There is proof (that you can find yorself) with evidence that the Romans, who formed Christianity after Christ had already died. They were not the immediate followers of Christ - instead they used what knowledge that had, and compiled the Bible, but in a way where they could control the masses.

Therefore - there is documental evidence that the Eary Christians were not followers of Christ - but instead a Religion created for the control of the masses , by the Romans.

The true followers, as told by the sources I mentioned, were called Essenes. More specifically, the Nazarean-Essenes, which Jesus was born of member of.

The Ossarean Essenes, from the Southern Temple were actually followers of Moses's book. They lived before Jesus's time. A select few of them branced off, and went North. These were nazareans. They believed, unlike the Southern Essenes, that the birth of the prophecized Messiah was to come. They prepared several women to host this coming, of which Mary was choosen. Clearly, in both the bible and other scriptures regarding Christ, Mary was of Joseph's Marriage, and was a virgin at the time of Jesus' Birth.

If you do your research, The eary Northern Essenes didn't believe in Moses's law. This wasnt until AFTER jesus was born. Him, and other one, said "his law is of Gods, but not the one I speak of" not a direct quote, by my interpretation. He meant not God, the Creator - but Gods, as in a race superior to humans.

This is who gave Moses his law, if you do your research, ACCORDING to jesus Christ and the northern essenes, of which Jesus was a member.

In the King James version of the bible, it says "He (Messiah) shall be called a Nasorean."(Matthew 2:23)
Nasorean, is another spelling of Nazarean, the northern branch off of the original Essenes.

[edit: Fixed 6 spelling errors, for easier reading.]

My case is not against christianity , it's against some beliefs held by Christians. But then again - the fact that they portray Jesus as white in their portraits of him should be evidence alone that their information might be flawed.

That definately looks worthy of research. Thank you. I believe all that to be reasonably possible to contain truth. However, what about that E.T and alien stuff though? That does not seem all that reasonable to me. If that be the case, then Jesus is the son of aliens? Sent to the Earth to redeem us from our wrongs as percieved by our alien creators? Were we created by aliens? If so, then how would you consider them alien? If aliens created us then wouldn't that make them family? Or are aliens attempting to capture us through a redeemer figure? What gives? You must admit that all sounds crazy.
