The future of media/gods

#3485771 - 12/12/04 10:52 AM (21 years, 9 months ago)

Watch this movie and consider how something like that would change the dynamics of spirituality. As more and more people share more and more information, there arises more opportunity for grouping of like minds, parallel interests, etc. This would certainly also apply to allegiance to gods and other modes of religious or spiritual expression. I think new gods would arise, powerful and intelligent, composed of the group mind of thousands, millions, billions of people. And imagine the new ideas that would arise out of such a hive of information. Ideas, gods, whats the difference?!?

What say ye to the prospects of such a global super mind of information?
