Whats the average size? Most of mine are tiny like .1 grams from my first flush my second flush got a few bigins but this the largest I ever seen IRL.

Depends of variety, Texolo are big, a fruit sometimes may be up to 40cm long and 20+ gr fresh

Depends on pins density - the more pins you have the smaller fruits will be and vise versa.

The final fruits averall weight depends on cake size and resources consumtions quality by mycelium.

Howdy folks, recently got back in the Zap game.

I ran an old, tired Holy Grail culture in the hopes of getting some fresh material. I'm out of prints, whoops :lol: It did surprisingly well. #1 is on canary seed, the others are on wheat. Canary seed is really rad for this section. Worth the expense. I nibbled on 5g fresh and it was barely perceptible. I'll have to try a larger dose next time.



I ran a couple of MS tubs of Talpa Tapalpa :lol:. Recently learned I was wrong on the name. These are both on canary seed, and the second tub was a trial of old CV+. It sat in my cooler for about 2 weeks. I'd normally toss, but figured why not. The mycelium was visibly weaker, but ultimately colonized and fruited just fine. However it went moldy after flush 1. Both tubs aborted at maturity because I looked at them wrong. Beautiful fruits, though.

Tapalpa has some of the most unique morphology I've seen compared to most zapotecorum. Rarely quite the same twice but those wavy margins usually come through.
