Cambo's are more potent than the cyans tho,
If I'm not mistaken cambodginiensis is the most potent psychoactive mushroom.

Last night was amazingggg!
Still trying to come back fully, afterglowinv hard

I still cant believe how far 1G of these guys will take you!
I was full-blown tripping for 7hrs straight!!

The colors and patterns were so different than I am accustomed to!

At one point everything around me was like the ocean!
Waving up, and down, up and down..
I mean wayyy uppp!!!
So I laid and stared at the clouds..which has a mind of its own.LOL
The clouds were morphing into so many shapes and colors, && i swear I saw 2 fire breathing phoenix come towards me.
Then I was trapped in a cyclone. The clouds were spinning around me but I was in the peaceful center.

Remember when I spoke or moved I could see "waves" or "vibration" coming off my body!!

Lol once we got home I looked at myself in the mirror and it was game over,
My dreads turned into snakes and were slithering on my head. I almost had a heart attack/panic attack!!

The trip was far more visual than Cubensis, I dont think Ill ever eat cubensis again unless its of the PE variety.

& I agree the trip is extremely clean & organic.
The body load is like no other!! Almost MDMA likee..

SOunds like you had a great time man! Pans are definetly my favorite, they had me crying on my first trip in my life. the body high afterwards when I was coming down felt great. I felt like I had smoked the finest indica ever, it was a super body high. I definetly cant wait to try them again. Im gonna get a Pan Cyan print one of these days, til then Ill be watching this thread and checking out everyones grows. Safe travles yall

If cultivating from an MS syringe, wouldn't it be difficult to calculate the right dose, being as each mushroom is genetically different and varies in potency. I hear most people say go with 1 gram, but wouldn't that be just an estimation of the strength? Do you guys isolate your pan cambo strains to find a monoculture?

Just go with 1G if you want the full experience/effect.

.5g is only half the experience IMO.

LOL
Your silly..

I'm using Panaeolus cyanescens LI.

Spores have a hard time germinating on manure, which is why I'm using the liquid culture/innoculant.

&& it wont be a problem..
I'll just spoon it out/or bang against my dirt bike tire, when the time comes.
Panaeolus mycelia isnt as dense/brick-like as cubensis.

Lol mb, forgot about using a liquid innoculant. Would it be possible to use an agar wedge to knock up the same jar? I would imagine the colonization rate would be a lot slower tho

the tropicalis were mellow. but intense. and i could fall asleep while tripping. i would nod in and out of sleep. it was like sleeping, then waking up tripping. it was definitely a different experience. most of the time im wired with energy.

Cool thread, pans are amazing!
After eating pan cambos a coupe of times, both my girl and I don't want to eat cubes anymore. The visual aspect was different and more beautiful, and the headspace was so much clearer. Cubes can make me tired and confused sometimes.

The same as my cubensis tubs.. (tight on the bottom, loose up top)

Once pins formed I removed one of the poly from the top holes.
& increase airflow in the room. (turn fan from low, to medium)
