I think the connection has been there for some time now, but the lack of definitive evidence to support that conclusion seems to hoodwink the whole thing in my opinion.

Almost as if Don was a wild and more orange version of the Manchurian candidate, who never knew he was the Manchurian candidate because he was just too goddamn orange, yet still somehow managed to do the deed almost half by accident somehow anyways. /s

someone(more than likely my ex-wife)claimed my kid that year and I didn't have proper forms filed to claim my kid... they sent me the stimulus, then made pay it back with a shitton of interest tacked on... I have a cpa take care of my taxes every year

that $4800 they sent me wasn't worth the $7500 in interest they tacked on in a years time

Well, the KGB link is a rumour, but apparently not an entirely new one.

It just strikes me as very odd that a US president acts like a lapdog of a Russian president.
Secondly, this US president is ferociously fending for his own interests. He's blatantly opportunistic.
Yet he seems to be cowed by Putin's power. Russia is the eternal nemesis of US. Trump claims to put
"America first". It doesn't make political sense at all.

On the other hand, thinking about it, the western "free" world is continually antagonizing the muslim
world, yet there are obviously strong bonds with Saudi Arabia, the epitome of all things Sharia.
It is pretty apparent that oil is the key in that relationship.

What then could be the "softening factor" between Trump and Russia?
Not energy resources, apparently. Neither food resources.
Trump's claim on Ukraine mineral resources in return for wooly "promises" of next to nothing
seems like a very weak trade card to me. Like a typical poker game bluff.

In their infinite wisdom, the KGB followed through on exactly one agenda item following the dissolution of the USSR:

To get the most unpredictable and idiotic billionaire elected as U.S. president so he could help out the oligarchs in their own country who helped dissolve the USSR in the first place.

I don’t know if liberals actually believe this or if they thinking they’re tricking boomers into hating Trump by implying he ls a communist, but it doesn’t make a lot of sense. Especially when they’re in the Ukraine thread talking about how incompetent Russia is and how it’s a destitute nation of alcoholics with a state apparatus held together by duct tape and broken windows. Oh but also they’re dictating the agenda of the global hegemon. But also they only control the political party I personally hate, despite said agenda not changing at all when the political party I personally love has the reins. Take me seriously.

    Not believing  that would require me to ignore literally everything I've ever heard from Russian American citizens about Russia .
  I don't think Trump and Russia were secretly working together but what I see in Trump is a man who has an enemy in the United States govt , he views our govt as his enemy . 
  That  makes  Putin an ally by default . The end result will be the same for us all .

Seems obvious that the state-corporation that was the USSR just got a name change and ownership split up between the oligarchy.
Same thing happened in other former Eastern Block countries. I spoke to people in Romania about their view on the Ceaucescus
being ousted and shot, they said it was just a staged "emotional victory", and that the regime itself was just refurbished making
it possible for most of the bureaucrats to keep their positions. A change of skin, so to speak. New wallpaper covering the rotten interior.

Communism is redundant, so they reinvented it to fit the new times. Get the church back on the stage, this time with more influence than anyone else.
Trump is trying the same thing, making sweet love to the "christian" voters. No reasoning required if you make people believe you're divinely chosen for office.

What is a "liberal", anyway? There are both decent and detestable people on both sides of the political spectrum.
