New guy here with some pics from San Francisco. I found some strange mushrooms in the park.

I found this dense patch of yellow mushrooms growing in rotted wood. I cannot identify them. They had an intense neon blue around the edges. When I see blue, I think actives. What are these weird frisco mushies. I only saw them around and on the rotting wood. See below.

These are the same mushies seen above, drying in my apartment. The grew in dense clumps...Notice the bluing aroung the edges. The spores, and stem have the same yellow/brown tone with neon blue patches..

NEXT I found some wbr's. Wierd brown mushrooms. Probably deadly. At first I thought I had stumbled onto the jackpot. I saw all these little brown wavy caps on some mulchy-woodchippy soil among a bunch of clover. Since picking them I doubt they are Cyans because 1.) they don't realy look like cyans 2.) they are too small, 3.) the stems are all brown and I've seen zero blueing. Check em out.

Help???

In GGP.
When I found them I didnt even pay attention to them, I didnt even pick them.
They where everywhere.
Then I got home n looked in my book, and the only match I could find was libs.
I need to pick them next time n take prints to be sure..

The yellow ones seem to be "Hypholoma fasciculare".
Unless you're hot for diarrhea I wouldn't eat them. They are poisonous!
The other ones may be some Galerina species. I would throw them away!

anyone know what shrooms im talkin about?
I found them by the Haight area of the park..
They grew under these trees, I forgot what kind..
I believe it was an evergreen..
They didnt resemble libs at first, but after I got home I looked it up with the info I rememberd and it seemed possible that it could be a lib..

Hypholoma fasciculare seems like a pretty accurate id on the first - could even be capnoides - ive tried to grow it but ive never actually seen it so someone else might be able to clarify.

Stop experimenting half way through your first grow. Grow it to maturity, watch it, learn from it. Do this a few times then experiment with different ideas and figure out what works best for you.
