Yes! Post them Joshua! I would love to see what's still growing out there!

I was kidding anyway about the sticky...I could care very little if it was sticky.
I'll post some pics soon.
The temps here were dipping below freezing on and off for about 8 days. Lately we have had some unseasonable warm weather though.

Indeed, here too. The tulips are out, about 5 inches now, I think they are in for a big surprise when Feb. hits. This crazy weather's playing someone for a fool.

Of course, never meant to imply it wasn't. Just stating that I think things are very off kilter right now and this misleading will have some sort of affect on things to come. I mean, it's January, tulips are growing and fast. The Washington tulip festival isn't until April. I just don't think Winter is over yet, I think it's hiding some dark side and will be ready to strike once everyone comes out of hiding expecting Spring. Hehehe, drunk rambels.

Yes, I agree that this weather is very unusual for this time of year. People were wearing spring gear at the university a few days ago. Ramble some more drunky!

yeah, this is seriously offkilter. it is spposed to be in the teens here for the highs, and it's above freezing. we just got over a period where even the lows where above 30f.

great find, didnt do much hunting in seattle this year
I did find a decent patch in bellingham this year. Definetly not as strong and plentiful as patches i have discovered in seattle the psst couple of years. It was nice tho, to run across enough cyans to munch on for an intermediate level trip.
Looking forward to next year, Seattle will definelty be rediscovered, and I must add Astoria to the list of explored areas for the purpose of mushroom discovery. I really need to find an experienced lib hunter willing to show the ropes to a avid cyan explorer in whatcom or skagit county
good luck to everyone on future hunts

If you want to find Ps semilanceata just head out into the rural areas. Just be careful whose fields you are trespassing on...As a general rule the people out in Whatcom county are not the liberal friendly folks of the city of Bellingham.
