    This is  70 miles from San Jose , also something I've never seen , San Jose cops . They have the authority to conduct patrol operations in San Jose , I don't think they can just go patrol another county . Also they hopped out of an unmarked , older dodge ram that looked like a personal vehicle .
    Speaking with her  ? This close , way up in her personal space . Heres another photo I took , I've worked with Latinos my whole life and that dude just doesn't look Latino to me .

This is the first photo , if you look closely you can see they aren't just talking they are removing stuff from her , she may have been in cuffs already I didn't see .  They have her phone and something else  that was attached to her belt .
