FOr all of you who feel down today, just take a look. Go onto youtube, mondo, redtube, any tube. Search for cubensis or mycelium...

THats just what i got from logging onto youtube..we are not as far away from each other as we think. Every day, Every got damn day we move an inch closer to ..mushroomization and hopefully soon a mushroom-nation.

Every day i think on this, that 20 years ago, maybe before the shroomery existed, those links were not available. Our overwhelming deed is this..

Look at youtube, its full of links to people who walk, grow or know about mushrooms. 20 years ago, not one of us could expect to topple youtubes rules. Willie myco did...he got banned but taught so many..and they posted ten more channels.

Think on it if you feel hopeless, sad or crying. THere are others out there.

Peace to all and everyone.

/Cake.

You told your algorithm you're interested in mushrooms, so it's pushing mushroom content on you. It's not that deep

:whathesaid:

Go look some super weird shit up and you'll start seeing people into that more often too. Check "hobby horsing" out and see how many videos pop up about that.  You could probably just talk about it around your phone and it'll bring shit up for you.
It is cool there is a lot more interest in mushrooms then even a few years ago though.

oooo…nice!

Couple of pieces of unsolicited suggestions for possible consideration:

1) At harvest, consider making a few swabs or spore prints for trading.  I’ve not grown BV before, so I’m not sure which way to point you, but here’s a starting point for spore printing, if it might be handy: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/24461957

2) Also at harvest, making a clone culture would also be a good move, as it will help you with future grows of the same strain:  https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/17784996

Welcome!

Thanks for the kind words! All advice is welcome!
I got a few spore prints of some B+ in the works right now, figure it would be good to get some practice in before trying with the BVs. I have yet to make any clones so I will be reading up on the info you have shared! Cant wait to try, thanks again!
