Another thing with these Trump documents is why were they printed out in the first place. A lot of this stuff isn’t supposed to be printed out. It’s meant to be viewed on secure digital devices.

Trump was storing printed out code word top secret documents in a closet in a facility open to anyone who pays membership dues. There was a Chinese spy arrested a mar-a-Lago not that long ago.

Trump literally made the penalty for what he is accused of much more harsh when he was President. He can’t even claim he didn’t know what he was doing was illegal because he signed the law that made it a felony.

Not to be a conspiracy monger but Trump has been accused of giving Saudi Arabia nuclear secrets, and maybe someone should be asking how Jared Kusher ended up managing $2 billion of the crown prince’s personal asserts, and how trump ended up hosting the Saudi run golf league tournament two weeks ago.

Trump is claiming that he declassified all the documents he had in his possession. Great. Explain why you would declassify the country’s most guarded secrets:

Yesterday: the FBI planted evidence
Today: I declassified all the evidence the FBI planted

Trump is going to Truth social his way into an indictment if he doesn’t shut up because by saying he declassified all the documents he’s saying that he intentionally removed them from the White House.

Except Clinton didn’t break the law. Accidental possession of classified materials is not a crime. Classified materials have to be removed or held with intent for these laws to apply.

Nobody was giving trump much grief when he said the boxes of classified materials accidentally ended up at mar-a-lago. But we are way beyond that now.
