Well, I prefer to use pints for pan spawn and these make perfect trays for a pint of spawn at 1:2 substrates, which is the ratio I like.  The single trays also mean I can grow a bunch of different varieties and culture without caring too much if I lose one.  I don’t grow for weight or anything.  I haven’t dried a fruit in quite a while.. these all get put down the disposal.  I just like growing them and taking pics.

  not a flex.  What am I going to do with all those pans?  I eat like 3g a year.  It’s a waste of energy to store em and dry em and they’ll just sit there.  I love growing them tho.  They’re very photogenic.  I also love the challenge of trying to tame them.
