Thanks man! It took a while yeah, because the casing sticks at the feet, and I had to cut them off at the base before throwing into the dehydrator. I put a podcast on and got down to work :smoker:

Tidal Wave, genetics came from a clone I took a year or two ago from a tub of fruits that looked nothing like this in the slightest, I don’t even know anymore, shrooms go brrr

First time growing. Bought a pre-inooculated kit as a trial and ran into a few problems. Firstly, the bag I was sent was leaking badly, all the water I first put in drained out, so to improvise, I sat the grow pot into a larger Tupperware bowl and sat in around 200ml water

Next issue was humidity. No where in my house is above 23C. I prefer to keep the house cooler, but do have a room that backs onto the garden that has plenty of light coming in and the sun heats it up to low to mid 20s, but nothing was happening

St this point, I was concerned that not keeping the kit chilled and in poor conditions that it'd be effectively dead, I shot my last shot and invested in a heat mat.

That was the best investment. The humidity difference was huge as the bag went from dry to condensation at every point and within 2 days, pins had appeared. 3 days later, I have arrived at the below pic

Any experienced growers see any issues with over competition in small spaces? That's my only concern, that may stunt growth or potential potency as I've got 2 main patches either sides, with pins only starting to sprout centrally just now

It looks good to me, and 20Β°C is suitable for fruiting cubes. You don't need more than 23Β°C for fruiting because they fruit best at 19-23Β°C, in my experience.
