I had some cubensis syringes from a couple of years ago that were in the back of the fridge. There wasn't much spore solution left in them but I inoculated 4 jars and 2 of them are showing growth so far. I'll be able to make a lot more with those though when I do G2G.

I needed some more spore syringes so I ordered from an Aussie who had a professional site and who used crypto but then I saw reviews about him having a habit of sending dirty syringes. I hope I didn't get stooged :frown:

I've got B+ popping off currently. I bought spores. Seems I can only get success when the season is right outdoors.

I'm a cheapskate and refuse to heat or cool my house haha

For those who use the

Any recommendations for Pressure Cookers? I would love a 23 litre one or something similar. Pretty $$$ tho.

Maybe buying a couple of cheap electrical ones will do the job?

I'm not familiar with the cheap electric models. I have a 23 quart presto which has served me well for a decade.

I am new to this and never grown before. I have bought a syringe of the spores I want to grow but otherwise I have no idea where to start. There is lots of information and I am not sure which stuff is relevant. Is anyone able to point me in the right direction to get started? Also will the syringe of spores expire?

Start with the basics section. You don’t need to use that much spore solution so be frugal. It should be ok for a while. I’m not sure on expiration dates though lol.

Hey spaz. Yeah I have had a few. Haven’t been as on the ball with them to be honest. Mix of other hobby’s, kids, work, Xmas and being lazy lol.
I’ve worked on cleaning up some pans on agar though. Going to start bring more consistent with it.
