That LC looks very turbid. I would suspect bacteria at the least.

It’s got agar mixed in there to make it thicker like blended plate li. Downside is it’s cloudy the whole time which is usually how I gauge cleanliness.

Gonna streak a plate out of curiosity. Just seems weird that there’s green in both jars but not the media bottle with all that myc on the sides.

might be difficult to sporulate in the restricted LC vessel? Goes green once it gets the FAE?

Nah contam dont need fae to go green bro I just had puffballs floating at the top of my lc same media bottle that had green on tops of the puffballs but the puffy piece in water looked like myc...

I guess them green puffs sank to the bottom. That black shit was green when it was on top of water



On another note
Couple ms tubs thought they were rw lol guess not

Also yeah the conditions need to be right for green spore production. I'm with pasty looks like bacterial soup.

I guess I need to do some LI. I been dropping wedges and I have jars that have sat for 30 days and still have a ways to go. I'm also lazy and haven't shaken them.

Aka just throw some salt on it, wait a day, then getchyer best cereal spoon and dig it out, with surgical precision, toss some MOIST coir on it, keep on fruitin' man...Clean the spoon when you're done though.
