Coco Coir doing It's thing In nature.

Holding rain water like a sponge between rainfalls.

After these two coconuts fell to the ground In my backyard, I slice the ends off with my machete.

I soaked the coconuts In a large bucket of water for eight months.

The sliced coir makes It easy to suck up the water..

When I first started reading here I remember people saying they just threw out 8 pounds of ape or 3000 grams of aa+ just to free up room. I was like:psychsplit: :shrug2:

Now that I’ve been growing a few months I can totally see that.


Dude that coconut looks like it’s got a giant crab inside.

These are Averys albino plates just put to grain last night.

First attempt at a cup o’ shrooms was a success :smile: put a dunked and rolled BRF cake in a solo cup, a hair tie fixing the ziplock bag to the cup and a couple weeks later after full colonization I poke some holes in the ziplock with a scalpel... resulting in some pins !




Feel like I unlocked an achievement in the game of life hahaha

Fungus needs cultivated with care and can all go in the trash at many steps along the way, with equipment that's not always standard in every household. I can see why some people do more than just observe them.

I personally throw all the fruits in the trash with my coffee grounds, I just like looking at how they grow.

Ive heard of people throwing them away, people burying them/composting, throwing them down the garbage disposal, etc.
