Didn't they challenge the ruling to say that the protections didn't cover those who identified other than male or female (sex is already covered) because understandably the employer doesn't want fo deal with the stress, missed time and costs of employees who transition?  The courts ruled agianst him and he ate the loss. If he was truly anti gay he probably challenge it or introducing legislation that outright states it

It is funny (in a sad way) that "racism" became a convenient term to slander whoever the left does not agree with and, rather than calling out the abuse of English language, we decided to change the definition.
