i took that to be a bit resentful.

Basing one's judgement of the Buddha based on a statue of him doesn't represent an accurate knowledge of Buddha's teachings.

yea, i agree heh. but he can't really start learning (past a certain point) until he asks.altho thats something he coulda prolly learned without asking. but still. whatever.
