Astral Travel on shrooms

ive been looking around the net lately and one contreversial question keeps popping up
"What are the effects of Mind Altering Drugs On Meditation,Astral Traveling or anything alike." (Phrase of course varying on each site.)
i meditate often but i'm still training myself to travel.
ide just like to find out what yall think about this and if their are any experienced travelers here if theive got veiws, tryed or have actually done it before.

please answer no matter how big or small your oppinion is :smile:

IMO it's a bad idea to use psychedelics to astral travel before you've learned to do it without:
1) psychedelics take control, and you lose it. you have no way to control how long you're out and that could be a scary thing if you aren't having a good time...
2) you might get lazy and never learn to do it without drugs.

just my 2 cents worth (can i get some change?)
