Astral Projection

I am just wondering how many people here have accomplished this great goal in life. I have been trying now for many years and in the past couple of months I have started to grasp it by the balls. Anyone have any good stories?

The first time I Astral Projected was very werid. I don't think I went anywhere here on earth. I was in a sphere of water it seemed and all I saw where lights beaming all around me and I didn't hear a voice but I knew someone was telling me many answers I had been searching for.

The second time was only for a split second. I was on a beach during daytime but it was night at where I was at. I saw a wave crash and heard it but then woke up. I don't know if this was really it or a dream but it seemed very very real. Maybe the second one was a dream...

Any other astral projected out there?

Cool...

the astral plane is a great place..I visit frequently
many times we may remember astral travels as dreams..since often after returning to the body drifting into sleep and dreams.
vividness and clarity
rolling waves of energy pulsating
Flowing connected
helpful souls along the way

I to had several encounter with this phenomena as a matter of fact because I use to project when I was a child is that my spiritual tendencies are not mainstream.
I tried to deliberately project many times but with out success, I had more success in inducing lucid dreams, that astral projection.
But to astraly project has always been my goal, the few experiences that I had were very intense, from floating just around my body, to being in a strange city of light.
