Thanks to all for the reassurance I'll baby them one more season and try to cut some clones soon while I've got all the new foliage popping. If I get some healthy rooted cuts I'd be happy to share. The strain is Rifat from World Seed Supply. Not sure if it's a sought after variety just an impulse buy when they had a fire sale back in 2020.

I think I remember that trade man. If I remember correctly, you gave me a M.hirasuta (idk if I’m spelling that right). That plant was so gorgeous, and I can’t seem to find a replacement anywhere. Big wide and sexy looking leaves

No worries bro, I get the feeling St. Mit’ch will be stuffing your stocking soon :gethigh:

:kratom::rose::carp::flyagaricsanta::peyotl:

Yeah hirsuta was as big a mitragyna as they get. Eventually it out grew the pot. It just needed so much water that when i got home one days off it was dead.

Im glad my new job allows me to be home. Im even growing the regular and thw whacky kind of tobacco. Hopefully it goes good for me.

Here is my night kratom. Green vein malay and pink kalimantran. They love this rain. I may even, dare i say, put them in the ground.

Once i get my money right ill send you a care package. I still owe you some stuff. The lemon grass is rootbound in the water but i fill it regularly so they will be fine to send off.

Is there an easy way to identify a clone (or even rule out some named clones) just from looking at a plant?  I don't have experience at all with this species but kept a specimen going from a small cutting I got from one of our trusted vendors.  Once I switched it over to DWC water culture it seemed to have started growing more aggressively.

I believe this is 'Bumble bee' which is low in the main active ingredient that other plants have, but I am not 100% sure.  What are some of the things you would look out for to differentiate?

Had these in 25 gallon pots over winter, got them in the ground this past March.
Starting to push lots of new growth, looking good in the jungle garden.
Both trees are at least 8 ft tall.

Although they would like for us to support trusted vendors, your semi-hardwood cuttings would spend like cash in the Marketplace, kratom growers, who would like to barter.

Those are some nice looking trees you have there!

Probably the biggest & best looking "home grown" kratom I've seen.

Growing the plant is still on my list of things to do some day. I'm not sure how well it would do in my climate (relatively mild coastal/marine climate, 65F to 75F during the summer) probably decent if I had them in a small green house and brought them indoors over the winter (it does get below freezing here at times). It's something I'm going to research a bit.

I've always wanted to chew a fresh leaf or blend 'em into a smoothie fresh.

We have had a very dry summer, these big kratom trees are still going strong.
Starting to get pretty big, tallest one is probably at least 15 ft.

This guy has been in the ground for a couple years, thought it died.

Hey y’all I used to be a part of this thread or lurked I forget. Forgive me I haven’t logged into shroomery in like a decade! But for many years I was a big time seller and trader of kratom clones. I had a MASSIVE collection of Vietnam bumblebee, rifat, kalimantan and some kind of seed grown rifat. At any given time I had about 20-30 rooted clones of each! I lost them all in a move…I got a hold of a couple maeng da clones I’ve rooted, and a couple kapuas Hulu, very recently. But like, aren’t those strains of kratom powder and not actually plant strains? Those names weren’t around before. I dunno back when I grew it was only rifat, bumblebee, Borneo, kalimantan and Malay…maybe some novel ones. I NEED more clones!
If you’re into ethnos, entheogens, aromatic herbs, psychedelic and hallucinogenic or otherwise active plants…I have soooo much to trade. For a quick example available now is salvia divinorum paradox strain (LOTS of those), acacia confusa babies, lophophora seeds, tons of nightshades, coffees, mimosa hostilis babies, rivea corymbosa seeds, belladonnas, brugmansia, Spilanthes acmella, Trichocereus seeds,
Anadenanthera peregrina (yopo) seeds and seedlings I do have a few erythroxylum Novogranatense but what I’d want for this is a lot, and literally every datura species and landrace/variety/my own hybrids across the planet except the Australian Quercifolia….the list goes on. Also green paper. And grain loving MSS cubensis, blue oyster LC, and very soon TONS of
Woodlovers. Here’s some old pics of my big girls.
Edit: DUDE serioisly I tried to hard to upload all these pics and I just can’t get it right. I dunno if I’m just too high or dumb,
After a half damn hour I’m done trying, but please message me if you have rooted clones. I’m looking for my aforementioned OG strains.
TL;DR: I lost my absolutely massive collection of kratom plants in an emergency move and I’m trying to get back into it.

Ready to trade Salvia (paradox strain) clones, All datura species/phenos seeds(except quercifolia), Atropa belladonna, mimosa hostiles, coffea arabica, patchouli clones, tobacco seeds and more!
