A big part of terrorism is that it's a public act intended to create a general climate of fear. Privately expressed hatred cannot fit this definition.

I can understand why it would lead the customs official to refuse his entry, but unless he was actively planning a terrorist act in those messages (in which case, arrest would certainly be more appropriate) a private text message does not fit the definition of terrorism.

If US officials are able to successfully argue this, it would mean that a huge portion of speech within the USA can be criminalized. Hell, it would mean that the shroomery is a terrorism supporting website.

I suggest you get your blinders off.

I'm one of those people... does that mean I should be treated as a terrorist? I wished someone took biden out also🤷‍♂️... in order to be a presidential candidate in this country you have to be the shittiest person possible

What matters is some cuckstrailians were refused entry for no good reason and nobody cared but when a person is suspected of being a terrorist and are told to be upset they get mad.

They also are mad about deportation of violent gang members.
