A big part of terrorism is that it's a public act intended to create a general climate of fear. Privately expressed hatred cannot fit this definition.

I can understand why it would lead the customs official to refuse his entry, but unless he was actively planning a terrorist act in those messages (in which case, arrest would certainly be more appropriate) a private text message does not fit the definition of terrorism.

If US officials are able to successfully argue this, it would mean that a huge portion of speech within the USA can be criminalized. Hell, it would mean that the shroomery is a terrorism supporting website.

I suggest you get your blinders off.

You already are under the patriot act NSA which is tracking you now with AI thanks to Obamma allowing it to continue under his administration and again under Biden. I wonder why biden didn't pardon snowden.... lol

Each party is one side of the same coin and they got you nutter butters turning against your own people exactly like a good cog of the machine should.

What matters is some cuckstrailians were refused entry for no good reason and nobody cared but when a person is suspected of being a terrorist and are told to be upset they get mad.

They also are mad about deportation of violent gang members.

having an opinion or hatred for someone shouldn't qualify you as a terrorist... if that's the case we're headed down a shitty road, to some minority report type shit

See, the way I see things, you're more bothered by eSports teams unable to compete in the USA and property damage towards Tesla's, then you are by private speech being qualified as terrorism, and humans being labeled violent gang members without due process and disappeared into a foreign prison complex

You will all be carried kicking crying and screaming to a better safer America even despite your best efforts to burn it to the ground and will one day have to accept that.

Moist critical was denied entry to the USA under Bidens presidency because they didn't like the name of his E sports team being called moist E sports which is much more mild than critisizing the country you are trying to enter lol. We have enough bullshit to deal with on our own, no need to import bullshit. Glad he was turned away.

I looked him up. Dude is an American citizen so he cannot be denied entry into the US. Your story is bullshit

Gangs, drugs, and speech can be tackled in legitimate ways - according to law.

Idk why you would think Trump does anything but lie to the public. The authoritarianism being cooked up thanks to softies like you turns regrettable fast, budman.

Deported anyway. Guess what guys. The disrespectful to America and it's president Frenchman got sent to where he came. Fuck em. It's not complicated. He wanted to be a guest and his entry was denied. Sucks to suck.
