Very interested in hearing why too. I’ve been having a bacteria issue with some of my no pours lately too. Never had an issue in the past. I also PC for like 45-60 min at 15-17psi. No idea why

If you’re properly venting your PC and getting bacteria at the edges like the picture of the green agar earlier in the thread, the first thing I would be checking is the seal of the lid.

I know not having to wrap is one of the benefits of no pours, but something is clearly getting in there.

I use the opaque pp5 petris without the screw on top. I just bought some of the holy grail screw top ones as well as the super clear autoclavable plastic petris. Gonna see if that makes a difference
