I've seen it be fine and like D3 says in his tek it can also not be fine and cause weird growth. Erythrosine definitely does contain antifungal properties. Maybe it doesn't always effect things. I figure why mess with it

Hmmm... Not sure if I've noticed any weird growth. My last cube grow was off red colored plates and they turned out just fine. Curious...

No, natural dyes do exist. Also confirmed with supplier 👍.
