The karma based explanation of how sentient beings find bodies goes like this. The mindstreams store mental imprints from all past volitional engagements of body, speech and mind. These mental imprints at some point get reactivated to create environments where the results are experienced. Within the collective illusion of a human realm individual mindstreams are attracted to the biological setups which best relate to their particular baggage. When the trip known as current life ends another batch of mental imprints spill out of the pool and the show continues.

This is not fate or devine retribution but simply a 'ye reap what ye sow' type deal - without a judging principle. The body, social conditions, mental tendencies we are born with are the fruition of our karma. Whoever reckons this is just esoteric bullshit would need to come up with alternative explanation why they were born in this particular form. If the best they can do is God's will that is a lame answer.

From this perspective to say that one's faculties in the current collective illusion are determined by the colour of one's skin is ignorant. Everyone's faculties as well as what is experienced are determined only by what spews out of the store consciousness. To say that one skin colour is somehow superior than other is even more stupid. They are just slightly different flavors of the same delusion in which we indulge courtesy of karma.

Trump is actually pushing for payments more than $1200. It's bizarre. He might have to form an alliance with the Democrats to get through the stimulus impasse.

It's not going to help him though. He has made nearly every wrong move possible in the last five months.

Looks like Russia and China have been ganging up to grind down the Japan's air defence capabilities. While not illegal this is certainly a hostile strategy - why else would you keep sending your planes twice a day in the direction of a historical adversary only to turn around just before they reach the territorial limits? Of course if Japan stopped sending interceptors the turn-around point of the incoming planes would start creeping forward. I was not clear in my mind why countries need so many planes if the missiles are so good but this is the explanation - you cannot send missiles to execute a standard intercept. 

Equally concerning is China's dark fleet of shipping vessels which are armed,  ready to ram other boats and shadowed by the China's navy - particularly off the coast of Vietnam. China are the only country able and willing to conduct these sorts of para-military operations on a regional scale.
