Whats black oppression, and if it does indeed occur how do white people as a whole benefit it from it and not the ones personally doing it?

Black oppression is the million different ways that white people are favored in this nation and black people are burdened.

When you apply for a job, you don't have to worry that your name sounds too ethnic for a job interview.  If you get an interview, you don't have to overcome centuries of stereotypes and work to make the interviewer see you as one of the "good blacks."  When you walk in a room, you're just a guy in the room instead of a black guy in the room.  When you're not pulled over for being in a nice car because it makes sense that a white person would be in a nice car.

There are literally countless ways that white people benefit from black oppression.

Is it possible that in 2020 that simply blacks act in a way that is not favorable to most people and in turn make people wary of them? Maybe black people don't do well as a group not because of their skin color but by their actions? You can't tell me that in 2020 black people simply do bad because of their skin color
Asian Americans do well as a group. Im sure Asian sounding names do not get thrown away by interviewers. Why is that? Is that because asians as a group generally act civil and are seen as generally competent? Or is it as simple as they are held to a high regard because of their light skin color
I think at this point in time people are being judged by their actions and not their skin color

Many black-skinned children are taught and warned they will be seen by white-skinned people as "lesser" and that just leaving the house or driving a car very well might get you killed by white-skinned people. This is the story that black-skinned children have been told for decades. If you were taught this from childhood, you'd be racist against white-skinned people. Until we address the racism of black-skinned people also, we ain't going nowhere.
