Only time I ever had some that didn't trich out right away was PE in bottles. They went for more flushes but, they were more just messed mutated blobs rather than classic upside down fruits.

I have never seen that myself. I know people have tried to clone em but they never seem to report back with results. Most of the time upside down fruits seem to pop up on tubs with trich starting to get a foothold IME. I will often see them come up and as soon as the flush ends the green bastard shows a few days later.

I have zero evidence but I have long suspected it to be a response to the prescence of trich. Did the tub that had em trich out or go for more flushes?

I got a couple flushes out of it if I remember right, but honestly I think it was lost amongst the other 20 tubs aha

From my understanding you don't want to exceed 150degrees F when drying your fruits, I have done higher but feel the potency was effected.

Pretty sure it's a lot higher before the actives break down. People boil, fry, grill them, etc.

Uh yeah, you can definitely go higher than 150F and potency won't be affected.  If 150F affected potency making tea with boiling water would be catastrophic.

You're right, psilocybin and psilocin don't break down till higher temps, but I feel like my fruits are better when they are dried at 130-145

My fruits deserve only the best, they are surrounded by many leather bound books in a room that smells of mahogany, and are dried by the cool summer breeze from the Biedouw Valley :vaped:

You think they would be as potent as fresh ones in they're dried without light in argon gas bubble maybe? Since oxygen is what breaks things down? Would be fun to try.

Yeah, I totally could on this dehydrator. But I'll be gone for a little under 48 hours.  So slow and low is my method here.

Crank it to max - less oxidation time the better for potency! People boil and cook their harvest all the time in teas and food. 160 is fine just get them dry faster. I like to store mine with desiccant after just make sure they haven't been used before.

Honestly it's pretty impressive. Those look exactly like yours, from spores. You seem to have stumbled on a pretty stabilized luecistic trait. Definitely trying to get some ghosty action, as well. :super:

same here. i thought i had a luecistic growing with the last flush of one of my cakes, because it stayed pale-white for most of its pin to fruit life, but then once it got to the size of 1.5-2in it changed to normal color. havent had any other's stay pale so long after pinning.

Thanks guys  I am excited too and if people want i can do a grow log of my process , my only regret is that i only did several jars of Ghostie because at the time i was working on around 20 different species/ varieties / clones ... these are from a single half colonized 1/2 pint brf cake that stalled and had what appeared to be some kind of pink mold starting ... buried it and less than two weeks later... found these guys
