at the moment i can see no beter philosophical debate than the whole question of how i can prove i am real/ not real, or alive/ not alive.

why debate anything if your entire existence is ........

will 'proving' you are real make you any more real then you already are at this very moment? Will it make any difference wether or not we label our own existance as real/not real? Will deciding we are not real subtract anything from the experiences we are having at this very moment, Now? Will this small nuance in Mind alone affect the spirit of our Being? Will any of these questions have any relevance on the greater scale?
probably not eh? Dont lose yourself in pointless exercises, because you are not real if you do, just be.

Story told to me by a Rabbi at a rainbow gathering.

A young man comes back to his villiage after being away at university for a time. He goes to his Rabbi and says "Rabbi, i don't know what to think anymore! At university I learned so many things my head spins. I have learned that I can argue any point and be right. I don't know what to do! Can you help me?". The Rabbi scratches his beard for a moment and then without warning punches the youth in the nose breaking it. Blood oozing out from his fingers which are holding his nose, he let's out, "Rabbi! You broke my nose!" to which the Rabbi replied, "What nose?"
