possible to love two girls at once?

is it possible to be in love with two girls at once? or is that complete bullshit? i feel like an asshole right now cause i love my girlfriend very much, but also like a close friend of mine alot. and i think she likes me as well. anyone lend some wisdom?

its hard man. i like em both for different reasons, my girl loves me and treats me right, so i feel like an asshole. but the other one's hot and chilled out.

i'm just worried i'll make a horrible mistake either way. its a paradox of sorts i guess maybe i should just shutup and deal with it.

make sure that you're in love and not in lust. there is a big difference and if it's lust you could be making a big mistake.

i've been thinking about that alot.  i donno, i just can't stop thinking about this girl.  i like her alot as a friend, and i'm really attracted to her, i think she's got a real cute personality.  she's been sexually abused and never really treated right by a guy.  i've already slept with her way back, and we dated for about a month before i cheated on her and she on me.  i just want to treat her right, ya know?  do i sound like i lust after her? i really don't know...

besides, she's got a real nice rack. :grin:

Yes, you can love two girls at once, but unless they're ok with the whole polyamory thing, you're going to have to choose. I'm still in love with my ex, but I know there can be no relationship between us. Love, in its truest form, is selfless.

I'm sure you can love two girls at once, it happened to me before, but,definatly make sure its love and not lust. i think siversoul7 gave some really good advice when he said to make sure they are both ok with the whole polyamory thing, but I think all three of you would have to love each other the same way for that to work. and unless all three of you become really good friends and then become really good 3 way lovers,meaning the two girls would have to love each other too, your better off just picking one or the other. Less problems that way.I guess jelousy would be the main issue in trying to hold a relationship like that together, But what do I know I'm drunk as hell right now. :faded: :cheers:

i love my girl cause she's great to me. but we fight alot over mindless bullshit.

i love the other girl cause she's chill and i know i could love her and treat her right and really show her what love is.

sure i lust after her, but i got genuine feelings for her as well. she gives me butterflies (something i haven't felt in a long time)

i would feel awful leaving my girl for another, cause she doesn't have much besides me. i feel guilty as hell about the thoughts i'm having.

then there's a third girl that i lust after, and i'm just generally a bastard when it comes to women. just got back from hanging out with her and i almost put the moves on her, (i've slept with her too).

i think i'm just getting bored with my girl and agree with funkymonk. its easier to stay single! i want to break it off with my girl, but i don't want to see her with anyone else. goddamn it. this sucks i should really just shutup.

You obviously have problems with commitment, and shouldn't be in a relationship. Break it off with your girl and say you want to see other people. Maybe you can still be friends with benefits, which can sometimes be even better than an actual relationship.

man, jeleously is some bullshit. if you want her to accept the fact that your gonna be hookin up with other girls, then you have to be able to accept the fact that shes gonna be hooking up with other guys. I don't know about you but love and sex are two completly different things. love means something, but sex is just fun. think about it, you could easily fuck a girl you hate but you could never love a girl you hate, cause if you did you wouldn't hate her anymore. sex only has meaning if you give meaning to it, its the love that really matters. it all works out as long as everyones safe, everyones cool with it, and no one gets hurt.
