Regarding SAB work + agar, I'm wondering something. What to do in this scenario :

I have a plate with healthy myc but contams too, some mold have sporulated. Plate A.
I've got another plate with healthy myc, no contam. Plate B

I transfer, inside my SAB, the healthy myc to a new plate from plate A.
Can I open plate B inside the SAB and do transfers or would the contam spread all over the SAB and contam plate B and the clean plates ?
Should I clean the SAB again before working with plate B + new agar plates ?

I know I could start with plate B, but i'm laying this scenario to know what to do.
