They're taking cbd and turning it into THC.  Then they take the THC and add the carboxyl group back.  Now it's hemp derived thca which is technically legal federally, maybe.  Then they apply that to some hemp flower.

this is inaccurate.  all weed is thc-a weed until that thc-a is decarboxylated into thc.  the primary method of decarb is high heat.  thc-a weed is no different than any other.  the entire basis of the farm bill act loophole relies on a fundamental misunderstanding of the chemistry of cannabis. 

when you make edibles, you cook the weed to decarb it.  when you smoke it, you're decarbing it in the fly.  thc-a cannabis is just cannabis.

You'll never stay below 0.3 percent that way because some degradation occurs at room temp and if thca is your dominant cannabinoid the primary degradation product is going to be delta9.  That will happen right in the field and during a cure.  Some thc will even degrade further into measurable amounts of cbn.

The workaround is entirely dependent on the original extracted material being compliant with the farm bill definition of hemp, even if the extract has to be remediated after for compliance.  Also, you can just check the COA on the gas station thca buds and you'll see that the cannabinoid profile is totally unnatural and often includes significant amounts of delta-8.  Delta-8 is naturally occuring in tiny trace amounts but you'll never even see anything like 1% unless someone is making it from CBD and applying it.  Even 5 years ago there was lots of chatter on future4200 about recarboxylation with lots of people chiming in to ask "why would you even want to do that"

You are correct that high heat is the primary method of decarboxylation but it's not the only path and that's why decent bud can never pass the 0.3% threshold naturally

No one is distracted from Epstein at all. No one is going to forget or let it go, and 2025 isn't anywhere close to over yet.

The largest fascist moment our country has had in a long time is when they shoved Kamala Harris in front of Democratic voters and refused to give them a primary. Textbook. "forcible suppression of opposition." Hardly any one complained, either. They just bowed their heads and said, "...okay."

Last I checked, Trump won the popular vote, IS the POTUS, and is doing exactly what he promised to run on. In fact, I can easily say I've never seen a President so quickly and so effectively fulfill most his campaign promises toward his people, and then some.

Every single person I know that voted for Trump is over the moon with his overall accomplishments, which includes bringing peace to almost a dozen countries now and stopping wars that had raged on for decades. Most of my friends on social media feel the same.

Name one "fascist" thing Trump has done to America.
