Looks bacterial to me..Bacillus maybe? Never grew on wheat/popcorn so idk really. Looks off tho

Just looks like it's struggling to colonize the popcorn to me. Small wet spot at the bottom too. Not familiar with bisporus tho and popcorn always looks weird to me kinda. I'll stop yapping

I really hope that is not the case, about the struggling look, I shook the jars 2 days ago, so they are recovering from that. And they are sweating a little, but no pooling liquid on the bottom just beads.

My first time with pans and first time using popcorn so not sure what to look for, thanks for the input, appreciate it.
