People's bodies differ wildly, from before birth until after death, and every aspect of change and growth is natural.

Many cis people undergo changes in biomorphic traits, or hormonal traits. Sometimes medically, sometimes by circumstance, or choice, but it's never your place to declare another person's body "unnatural".

My mother is a competitive tennis player. One of her friends is a woman who is a top player who recently won the national title in her age group. She is very manly looking. Riley Gaines went after her saying a man shouldn’t be playing in women’s sports. She was attacked relentlessly by Gaines, Martina Navratilova and Caitlyn Jenner.
