My gut is telling me it is contaminated because of the wild scalloping. Please keep us updated.

It looks like there is hyphae on the hyphae. Very strange.

Making transfers tomorrow, was thinking from around 3 o'clock around this one, does that seem like an ok place? Still new to this, but since it's even growing on the side of my dish around there I think that's probably the fastest growing?

Also sorry for the blurry quality, the lids of my cups are slightly tinted and I don't want to unnecessarily open them for pictures.

You need to get the leading edge of actively growing mycelium or it "changes gears" and your transfers aren't going to look right. So try not to let it grow to the edge.

Only able to make 4 transfers today, gonna run some more agar on Sunday, to clean up these grain > agar plates.

Cubensis Treasure Coast grow plates #3-6.

Taking plates 3&4 to T3 to get these pesky bacteria gone. Can't see it in the left plate in pic but it has some of those evil oily looking spots.



Plate 5 & 6 Contam Free - Ready for grain when I get some more jars

That is really cool looking. As to the poster of the first reply, is the good myc simply trying to snake it's way around the contams in it's search for water/nutes? I have never seen any growth like that before. It's amazing how some of these plates look like artwork. I love the signature line that has actual agar art done with different colored bacteria. I can't remember who it was but was still really cool looking.

Second picture, I would take a slice from that right side symmetry. Plate 2 and 3 I would take transfer's from.

Sorry for shit picture. Hate getting close to open plates. This is a presumed PE/AA+

Been working on this for awhile. It just keeps presenting this way.
To be short, tomentose in center that tries to rhizo at edges which almost overlays on itself.
At T6 and no difference between T1, sent cuz fuck it.
