Is the yellow discoloration contamination? Good idea to go to grain with this? Would be the first time from agar to grain for me, this plate is way ahead of all the others–cloned from a pin on a PF cake that didn't work out.

Does that top edge look suspect? Does it all look suspect? It's 1 transfer away from a heavily contaminated APE swab dish.

You've got a little bacterial satellite around the 11o'clock mark, nothing I'd worry about atm. Let it grow out more, I'm sure you'll get some nice growth between the 4 and 6 o'clock points
