I posted some of these in LAGM but have questions about several of these others as well.

These are PE that I want to try LC with. BUT, can you see how puffy they are on top? Is that a ride along mold? I have some Tamps that have a very pretty puff ball, but that seems okay for them. I just have not seen PE look (aerial?) like this. In the last picture you can hopefully see that it is reaching almost to the lid. Ignore the bad shape in 305, I transferred a kind of long strand of myc instead of a tiny wedge on that one.

Tamps for comparison.

Lion's mane

Does this look healthy for lions mane? T1s from these germ plates.

Appreciate any opinions.

First time trying to swab a print to agar, this showed a few days later. Did I overdo it, aim to take less next time?

Looks good to me, good job. I wouldn't use the whole print but I want my swab to be pretty dark.

Looks fine so far on all plates....might just be tomentose growth in the PE plates, but you can always do more transfers if you feel unsure.

Plate 304 definitely looks well on it's way.

Third attempt to get these guys revived... this is the only germination (good or bad) that I've had on over 15 plates... hoping its myc but for some reason it sketches me out.

Edit: this was a swab dunk so there is a swab head under all the fuzz... lol

Are you talking about the variety called TAT, or are you saying it would be cool if someone got a tattoo of AKA's photo there, or one like it?

That would be a nice and unique tattoo. Same with any tattoo only a grower would get.

A whole lot of people have shroom tattoos.

How many have mycelium on agar tattoos?

How many have a tattoo of a jar of grain with rhizo growing in it? Not many. If I did that I'd do about half colonized. Would make more sense as what you're looking at.
