It is demonstrably true these groups of individuals engage in lying to push their narrative and opinions on others. Like the extreme version of religion these groups of people shove their way of thinking down others people's throats. Like grown up children these groups are the number one factor in the dragging down of society.

Both the humans of the left and humans of the right thread clearly show that these groups will stop at nothing to lie and cheat their way to the top. The MO is lack of critical thinking and extreme amount of bias and emotionally based attacks on each other.

The humans of the left and right are clearly the deplorable sector of Americans. Those that identify with a left or right conviction to politics are often the worst examples of society.

Neither group is superior and both cannot seen the forest for the trees. To people above them both their bickering between each other looks extremely juvenile. To those trapped within one of these two paradigms of thought they feel convicted to push their narrative because of their false sense of moral superiority.

Both groups actively engage in dehumanizing each other and push a divide and conquer mentality. The polarization between these groups is a supreme example of not being able to act like adults.

Please post examples of extreme hypocrisy, outright lying, slander, etc....

Believing you're so correct that your self-righteousness implores you to mock your opponents. To even think of others as opponents is a child's mentality. Have your opinions and push them too. Then showboat a victory because you're too blind to believe in differing opinions.

SirTripsAlot; some of your reasonable posts trying to see both sides of the issue are what made me decide to give this forum another chance.

I had written this place off as a circle jerk where everyone's always in the same position, looking through the same ideological blindfold, until they catch the glimmer of a shiny object and are whipped into a frenzy while they argue about what it is.

How about discussing the scale of what you are requesting? (Correct me if I am wrong):

1. Complete deprogramming, erasing nationalism. (People went nuts over the national anthem ala NFL). I don't see it happening.

2. Convert or Die?

I'm sort of interested in what people consider outrageous. Since most people here are extremely convicted to one side or the other what they think is deplorable action by the other side is going to be different than my standards. I'm curious to see what people think of the other side as terrible for then to point out their cognitive dissonance with a equally shit example from their camp. Some people know me from the cultivation forums probably notice I'm addicted to trying to make people think outside the box and think critically.

so as a matter of scale anything counts really.

I've gone against "my side" by questioning whether Trump actually colluded with Russia.  My own side is now accusing me of being a Trump/Putin/Russia lover.

I bet he did. doesn't bother me a bit. Russia isn't anywhere near what most people in America think or assume it is. We should collude with other countries if we are going to have a country that plays on the worlds stage.

I also think all is fair in the game called get me elected. Lying and cheating is the name of the game. Both sides do it big fucking deal. You're picking from a group of the most fucked up criminals on the planet to rule you and you're worried who cheated worse. That's so fucking stupid I can't even.

War (or military engagements)is the most efficient way to eradicate things. Not arguing ethics or humanity here. My infantry duty/encounters have changed my personal views about war.

Anyway, this would be a civil war of sorts. No other way. Read a book called The Killer Angels (quote)

His demeanor about it screams that he did. Anyone with half a brain knows when a bad liar is lying. So you can wait for facts that may never come because he's a president and information gets suppressed. Which is what people are banking on happening. But I don't see why people give a fuck. the left cares because it's ammunition any ammunition is good ammunition to them. Slap the word treason around for good measure :eyeroll:

Seems this thread is made every few months or so.

I made one awhile ago and someone pointed out it had already been done, and then I looked it up in the search bar and realized just how common of an opinion this is. So don't get your hopes down bodhi. Youre not the only one confused at the zealous two-party American system.

Yeah I just threw out the most divisive issue. Pretty sticky because ideally we shouldn't praise those who aren't perfect, where as throwing mud is always -- well, everyone gets muddy. It's more important not to criticize... However stating a fact of something, .. Without malice or anything, that someone made a really big mistake -- ... etc. :sun: all very interesting and complex
