I don't know what this is. I suspect it's some sort of a calla lily.I grabbed it by accident with this mallow tree and it's doing really well.

This sumac is a total prima donna.

yeah, agar’s def fun to work with.

You can store that extra plate in the fridge or in a box/drawer until you need it, really. However, unless it is wrapped or sealed (I cannot discern your agar container), it might get a bit dehydrated, but as long as it remains clean and hydrated, it can last a year or more in the fridge. Odds are good you’ll use it way before it becomes actually unusable. I try to avoid using a fridge for just about anything related to mush cult.
