OK so Rumsfeld said it. doesn't that tell you that the administration was making the case that Iraq was an imminent threat? forget for a minute what Bush said or didn't say. answer this: Did the Bush administration portray Iraq as an imminent threat before the war?

in the State of the Union address, Bush was trying to push for action, not waiting for evidence. but in later speeches, he clearly portrays Iraq as an imminent threat, albeit without using those exact words. he said that Iraq could be six months from aquiring a nuke. isn't that an imminent threat?
