at least news outlets will occasionally have a non-racist black on tv to comment on racial issues

my grandparents are afraid of blacks, and think they're all welfare-grubbing unemployed muggers, and I think a large part is the assholes you see on tv on the news

at least this guy isn't afraid to call bullshit when he see's it- though he seemed a little over the top (but I guess that was the issue at hand)

just sick of hearing people talk about "black people hate white people" and things like that cuz they only see ignorant or racist assholes on the news, and not the folks I see every day who just want to live their life like me without being pigenholled into a socioeconomic notion of a person

If i were white i would have noticed this about my people. Me being black i do notice that the majority of blacks are stuck in this maze of target advertising, financial debt, and systemic teachings that turn them against one another just to survive.

The average black male spends a third of his life in jail,supposedly. Don't know if you want to count on Dead Prez songs for your statistics lol but it's true, most of the percentage of people incarcerated are african american.

white people are like a disease.(a lot of them) I dont hate them at all, i try to not advocate violence, but they are a violent race. I dont think they need to be done away with but i think that "minorities" should be on the same level. They say we are, but we're obviously not.

what do you mean on the same level?

and what do you mean blacks are not on the same level?

If your talking about people's perceptions I agree, but tough shit. Maybe someday people will change, not much you can do.

But aside from localities trying to balance out oportunities across difirent income neighborhoods, there's not much to be done to make people on the same "level".

I think most of the racial differences are a result of culture, which is why you see similar trends amongst the white minority (as compared to the black majority) in a black neighborhood and vic versa w/ the black minority in a white neighborhood

Just like if a white dude called a black guy a the N-word then it would be grounds for an ass beating but if a black guy calls a white person a cracker then its not a big deal.

Stereotyping any group of people is idiotic, theres great white people and horrible, just like any race or group of people.
