God is at the foundation of everything, including all spirtual traditions. But above adherence to tradition comes adherance to the Source.

All traditions are overruled by the direct intent the Source has for you.

Before adhering to tradition, adhere to the direct word of God to you.

If God made you gay, your only fulfillment will lie in going that journey, in embracing that life.

Its that simple.

Being gay is not acbout anal sex and need  not even involve sex.

Being gay is a form of Love, and Love is sacred.

Yes, God calls some men or women to seek love within ther gender, or in both genders, or makes it that others are transgender.

God wants love for the self and love for the other but the most important love is the Love for God.

Well here's how I think it happens Asante. And I think you will largely agree. Religion starts from someone who genuinely feels something in them, and people are inspired by it and follow. But as soon as the prophet dies, the genuine core that moved them died too. Their followers then try to codify what the prophet said as a rule, when it never was ... It was something the person felt in them that can't be reduced to a rule.

For most people, who rarely have extreme or notable religious experience, genuine feeling is hard. Tradition is easier. You can follow rules and do motions and hope it makes a difference.

Religious experience is deeply personal and can't be democratized, hence mass religion usually turns into what it wasn't to begin with.
